Black Duck Agency was founded in 2016 with a simple premise — help brands show up better. We started where digital presence begins: social media management and graphic design. Building identities, crafting content, learning what actually earns attention in a crowded feed.
As our clients grew, their needs grew with them. Social presence wasn't enough — they needed websites that converted, platforms that scaled, stores that sold. So we expanded into web development: WordPress sites, Shopify storefronts, and fully custom builds for brands that needed something no template could provide.
By 2022, we saw the shift coming before most. AI wasn't a trend to us — it was an opportunity to solve the one problem every growing business shares: finding the right clients, consistently.
